Domestic Shipping (Australia)

ScubaGearOnline ships to virtually any address within Australia.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude shipping costs.
Shipping preferences can be selected during checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • ScubaGearOnline has the following flat rates:

    • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of AU$20

    • Express Shipping: Flat rate of AU$35

    • Fins/Long Items (Over 70cm): Flat rate of AU$30

Most orders are shipped via Australia Post. Some of our suppliers use couriers who will not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping to avoid delays.

International Shipping

We can ship to international destinations, however shipping must be confirmed with us prior to placing your order.
Please note:

  • Some products are restricted or unavailable for international delivery due to size, weight, or manufacturer limitations.

  • International shipping costs and timeframes vary depending on destination, size, and weight.

Typical delivery timeframe for international orders: 7–28 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery within Australia: 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours (2 business days).

    • If a backorder is required, we’ll advise you of the estimated delivery date once the item is restocked.

We make every effort to ensure:

  • All products listed on our website are in stock and available.

  • Product information and pricing are accurate and current.

However, due to supply disruptions, human error or unforeseen circumstances, product availability or delivery times may occasionally change.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will:

  • Notify you within 2 business days, and

  • Offer an alternative item, a backorder option, or a full refund.

Standard delivery timeframes remain 2-8 business days within Australia (location dependent).

Please note: Orders may take 7–14 days to be dispatched from our warehouse.
